Being the Executive Director of Neotech Technical Campus is a matter of great pride for me but on the other side, I am also aware that I am endowed with humungous responsibilities. Neotech Technical Campus popularly known as NTC was established in 2013 with a vision to nurture youth and develop professionals who could meet the ever-demanding Industrial, societal, and environmental challenges. This campus has grown under the stewardship of a few distinguished people who have contributed to its glorious past. Now, as the baton has been passed on to me, I realize that it is for me to lay a roadmap and charter a course, that would take this institution to even greater heights.

We live in a time when our country is striving to occupy its deserving place among the world’s developed countries. However, during my 40+ years of association with Industry and services rendered to India’s top Corporates like Reliance, L& T & Birla’s … the gap between today’s education system and the industries’ expectation from entry-level graduates is distinctly visible.

Brainstorming on this Industry & Academia GAP and my desire to contribute to the youth and the millennials have created the desire in me to join this organization and give back to society.

In this era of technology and globalization, only classroom teaching and subject knowledge are not sufficient for any student to face the professional world. I strongly believe that as an institution, our primary goal is to develop such an ecosystem where students are encouraged to go beyond merely acquiring knowledge to applying knowledge for practical purposes. We at NTC make sure that a student who is entering the campus, starts developing all the required skills right from the first year and becomes industry-ready in due course of time. For that, we are giving them ample opportunities to interact with experts from industry and professional organizations. The campus is arranging field training and site visits at domestic and international levels to give them global exposure. We have made intense field training and internships an integral part of the curriculum.
