Activities at CAC

The Career Advancement Cell offers a comprehensive range of activities to empower individuals in their career journey. Through orientation sessions, participants gain a clear understanding of the cell's resources and services. Interview practice sessions hone essential skills, boosting confidence and readiness for job opportunities. Exploring the scope of higher studies equips individuals with insights into advanced educational pathways, enabling informed decisions for future endeavors. Finally, placement drives connect candidates with potential employers, facilitating career advancement opportunities. Together, these initiatives form a robust support system aimed at fostering professional growth and success.

1. Placement Drives:

Regular placement drives, both on-campus and off-campus, hosted by companies such as Ceat Tyres, Linde Engineering, L&T, Reliance, and others, consistently draw in a pool of talented candidates. These companies provide diverse job opportunities spanning various domains, thereby making a positive contribution to the employment landscape. These drives serve as a significant platform for aspiring professionals to embark on their careers within reputable organizations.

2. Orientations Drives:

The Career Advancement Cell is committed to offering comprehensive information, including the scope, instructions, rules, and regulations of the CAC, along with various deadlines for induction into the cell. To facilitate this, we conduct regular orientation drives to introduce students to the Career Advancement Cell. These drives serve to acquaint students with the array of services and opportunities available, encompassing course descriptions, placement particulars, and our affiliations with industries, hospitals, and laboratory MOU tie-ups.

3. Counselling Sessions :

The Career Advancement Cell regularly organizes counseling sessions for students. These sessions aim to raise awareness about the significance of placements and address any issues students may have regarding the functioning of the CAC. Additionally, they provide guidance on how students can shape their careers by utilizing the facilities offered by the CAC.

4. Training Seminar and Workshops:

The Career Advancement Cell consistently arranges a variety of training seminars and workshops aimed at enriching professional skills and fostering career development. These sessions encompass a broad spectrum of topics, such as resume writing, interview preparation, and networking, delivering invaluable insights and practical guidance to attendees..

Youth Career Expo

The Career Advancement Cell, NIPH, AECC, and Chhatra Sansad collaborated to organize a Youth Career Expo, emphasizing the enhancement of students' interpersonal skills. The event featured interactive tasks and activities that actively engaged the students. The masterclass received positive feedback, with students finding it engaging and interesting.

Expert Talk by Mr.Anmol Beniwale

Mr. Beniwale's session on "Going Global '' offered valuable insights into the operational dynamics of the global industry, preparing attendees for potential challenges and empowering them with the necessary knowledge to succeed in the global market.

Training Session on Interview Facing Skills

The Career Advancement Cell hosted a training session titled "Interview Facing Skills," where students learned the significance of honing various skill sets to confidently navigate interviews and create impactful resumes. The session encouraged active student participation and was highly interactive

● Seminar on Higher Study Abroad Awareness

The Career Advancement Cell, in collaboration with IDP, conducted an informative session on "Higher Studies Abroad." Students were educated about the application and visa processes, received guidance on college selection, and learned about financial planning for their studies overseas.

Each event is meticulously curated to provide current and relevant information, empowering participants to thrive in their career pursuits.

5. Mock Interviews :

The Career Advancement Cell's team arranges Mock Interviews for students enrolled in Degree Engineering, Diploma Engineering, Paramedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Applied Science programs. These sessions aim to simulate real interview scenarios, providing students with a platform to practice and refine their interview skills.
